〈꽃을 보듯 너를 본다〉는 시인 나태주의 시를 노래로 옮긴 음악낭독극이다. "자세히 보아야 예쁘다, 오래 보아야 사랑스럽다"라는 〈풀꽃〉으로 널리 사랑받는 나태주의 짧고 다정한 시편들을, 화려한 무대 장치 없이 배우들의 낭독과 노래, 피아노 한 대의 반주로 무대에 올린다.

나태주(1945~)는 오랜 세월 교단에 섰던 시인으로, 일상의 작은 것들에서 길어 올린 맑고 따뜻한 언어로 많은 독자의 사랑을 받아 왔다. 〈꽃을 보듯 너를 본다〉는 그의 사랑시들을 모은 시집의 제목이기도 하다.

I Look at You as a Flower is a music-reading theatre piece built from the poems of Na Tae-joo. Loved across Korea for the tiny poem Grass Flower — "look closely and it is pretty; look long and it is dear" — his short, gentle verses are carried here by the performers' reading and singing and a single piano, without elaborate scenery.

Na Tae-joo (b. 1945) is a poet who spent many years as a schoolteacher, beloved for a clear, warm language drawn from the small things of daily life. I Look at You as a Flower is also the title of a collection of his love poems.
